School Communications Apps:

PowerSchool: This system is used for annual registration forms, reviewing grades and contacting teachers. You already have a login. If you download the app, use District Code: BPZX.

ParentSquare: Registration is required to receive any school communications. Messages can be translated into any language. Click here to register: Parentsquare. There is an app that can be downloaded. Please note: you will not be receiving school messages until your student’s 1st day.

School Dismissal Manager (SDM): This app is used by our Middle & High Schools for attendance and appointment pickups. On your student’s 2nd day, you will receive an email from the School Dismissal Manager with your credentials to create an account.

Transportation: My View by Zonar app, download this free app from the app store and enter access code NOB53132022.

  

Transportation Dept. Home Page:

Bus Information: During the school year, information will be given at enrollment. At the beginning of the school year, information will be available the week before school. See information about the VersaTrans e-Link and MyView app by Zonar.

Car Riders dropped off: at Gate 15 between 8:15am - 8:35am (8:55am - 9:15am on late start Wednesdays). After 8:35am (9:15am), late car riders should be dropped off at Gate 1 to get a late pass from the office before going to class. Gate 15 will be locked at that time in our academic area for the start of school.

Car Riders picked up: at Gate 15 at 3:40pm. At 4:00pm, any remaining students will be moved to Gate 1 in order to contact a parent to pick them up from the main office. Please try to pick up your student before 4:00pm.

Lunch/Food Service:

Food Services Information - To learn about the school lunch program (Meal Prices, Meal Payments, Free & Reduced Meal Applications), visit the "Food Services" website.

Noblesville Schools utilizes a pre-payment system. There are 2 ways to put money on your student’s account.

  1. The online payment provider is LINQ Connect. How to set up a LINQ Connect account - English or Espanol
  2. Cash or check -students can deposit payments into the lock box located in Student Services.
  •         Check - make out to "Noblesville Schools Cafeteria" with the student's full name & ID# in the memo line. 
  •         Cash - Place in an envelope with the student's full name, ID# and amount on the front.

Attendance:

To report your student absence: Submit information on the School Dismissal Manager (SDM) app or call the NEMS Attendance Line 317-776-6258 (available 24hrs).

If a student has an appointment during school hours:

  •  Submit Information on the School Dismissal Manager (SDM) app or
  •  Send a note in with your student, then the student brings the note to Student Services in the morning to get a pass or
  •  Call the main office line 317-773-0782.
