Records Requests
Schools: Please submit your official school records request to the NEMS Registrar, Denise Hawkins, denise_hawkins@nobl.k12.in.us.
Transfers Out / Withdrawing from NEMS
Parents/Guardians: If you are transferring your student out of NEMS, please email your name and your student's first and last name to NEMS Registrar, Denise Hawkins, at denise_hawkins@nobl.k12.in.us. A formal Withdrawal Form will be emailed to you.
Address Changes
Parents/Guardians: All address changes will be made upon receipt of updated proof of residency documentation. Please email your proof of residency document (1 of the following in your name):
- utility bill within 30 days - full view of bill including service address
- residence deed
- lease agreement - Include signature pages
- contract agreement
- mortgage paperwork - full view of bill
to NEMS Registrar, Denise Hawkins, at denise_hawkins@nobl.k12.in.us. Please note your student's first and last name. Addresses will be updated in Powerschool and with the Transportation Department.
